Triad Engineering, Inc. in Ashburn, VA is seeking a full-time, mid-level technician to perform routine quality control testing and inspections including concrete, soils and asphalt under limited supervision.
Duties: Maintain daily job log; direct client contact; arrange job progress meetings; schedule additional material testing; limited responsibility for training or directing entry-level technicians; follow all safety procedures; strive to make each job profitable
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Construction-related experience desirable
Experience:
One year of formal industry experience
Certification:
Required: WACEL Soil/Concrete, ACI
Preferred: VDOT
Must possess a valid driver's license; ability to safely operate a motor vehicle; ability to read, write and perform basic math; comfortable communicating with the public; available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments
