Senior-Level Cyber Operations and Collection Analyst

Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher. Five or more years of technical experience working in, or in support of, cyber security within the Intelligence Community (IC). Must have demonstrated working-level knowledge of missions, structures, capabilities, and policies across the cyber security, IC, law enforcement, and homeland security communities. Requires outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently, or as a member of a team in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise products that require little or no editing. Strong collaborative skills, with an ability to work with senior officials, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated flexibility, with an ability to perform a range of tasks and work with many different offices and organizations across the IC. Requires a work history of initiative and innovation, showing an ability to develop new ideas and communicate those ideas effectively to others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Produce deliverables in standard Microsoft Office formats such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, as well as in electronic and softcopy and web-enabled formats. Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple taskingsand manage workloads.
Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience conducting program or policy evaluation, assessments, or systems analysis. Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cyber intelligence, and IC capabilities. Demonstrated strong quantitative analysis skills.

Supports initiatives related to the implementation of cyber operations policy, cyber threat detection and mitigation, and enhanced integration and operational collaboration. Supports and provides insight into cyber-related intelligence tasking, collection, exploitation, processing, and dissemination issues. Performs analysis and demonstrates critical thinking while conducting assessments of complex programmatic issues. Applies diagnostics to assess risks and propose innovative solutions. Works collegially and effectively, whether independently or as a member of a team in a collaborative environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
