Financial Planning and Analysis, Retailwill
fill a key role supporting Client
teams within the Retail Finance
This position will have primary responsibility for
the critical financial analysis, oversight, and partnership with multiple
operational leaders across the Retail organization, to assist in driving
business decisions through fact-based, financial data and analytics. The ideal
candidate will have exceptional financial competence, strong business acumen,
executive presence and leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of financial
analysis tools and techniques, critical thinking proficiency, and exceptional
communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric and be able
to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial

Provide strategic financial leadership to Client VP/GM's on
client profitability, operational performance and processes
Serve as a key business partner to the Client Management
Oversee and contribute to the development of Client flash
and dashboard reports.
Provide financial and operational driver analytical insights
in helping drive the business partner's success.
Presentation of financial results/reports to non-financial
Drive automation of all Client focused financial and
operational reporting processes.
Maintain SME standards related to core financial and product
(Hyperion, Clarity, Dax, PSPM)
Work with business partners to design/execute business and
solutions to complex issues.
Conduct in depth analysis on functional projects to include
NPV and Return on Invested Capital assessments of investment options and
establishing prioritization for investment decisions.
Develops, analyzes, and interprets statistical and
accounting information in order to evaluate operating results in terms of
profitability, efficiency, and performance utilizing concepts including LTV,
IRR, NPV, ROIC, payback and terminal value.
Track and report against Client driven capital expenditure
and related business case builds.
Provide finance support and guidance to the pricing team as
part of pricing discussions in renewing existing programs and in winning new
business and/or new clients.
Monitor effective financial internal controls to include the
continued evaluation and establishment /modification of policies and procedures
as required.
Deliver all aspects of financial planning, forecasting,
analytics, and reporting to include monthly actual, quarterly rolling forecast,
annual operating, and three year plans in support of the Client organization.
Ownership for business scenario modeling related to product
design and execution that includes responsibility for process and compliance
support and key controls implementation and monitoring.
Assist in the implementation of financial and operational
A proven track record of academic and professional
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA, CPA,
CMA viewed favorably.
7 years' experience in a high growth or transformational
environment with similar responsibilities.
Ability to drive projects to closure.
Maintain a high level of morale and energy within the
FP&A team, as well as the ability to point to previous experiences where
they have "energized" a team to perform and deliver against stretch
Deep financial planning, data mining, and modeling
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with
ability to deliver strategic messages to senior leadership level positions.
Experience with branded consumer products/
through retail channels preferred. Consumer retail industry experience a plus.
Experience supporting sales organizations in consumer
products/services oriented companies.
A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage
ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and
business conditions.
Prior experience supporting a Product & Marketing
organization beneficial.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
