Meridian Landscaping, LLC Meridian Landscaping, LLC Sterling, VA Sterling, VA Full-time Full-time $40,000 - $50,000 a year $40,000 - $50,000 a year Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain company policies and procedures Order office supplies Maintain contact lists Quickbooks Online Experience preferred Assign expenses to correct expense accounts and projects Organize company wide BBQs and events Projects assigned by the Controller Requirements Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office & Google Drive (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Willing to work at a fun, professional, and fast growing company 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role Compensation $40,000 - $50,000 Annual Salary 3 weeks of PTO Health benefits offered Paid Holidays Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (Sterling Office) Job Type:
