This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a small professional office environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and able to multi task.
The Office Administrator will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks.
This position includes but not limited to:
Managing phone system while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor Provide excellent customer service to our customers Gather data as necessary and maintain customer database; process service tickets for technician(s) Coordinate and schedule service calls, estimates and repairs Dispatch calls and information to service technician(s) Update and maintain all necessary records Compose customer emails or correspondence Maintain customer maintenance agreement records Assist with pricing and ordering parts for job completion Validate deliveries from vendors Assist with county permits and scheduling inspections Mail merge, filing, scanning/faxing and process incoming/outgoing mail To apply, please send resume to email protected Job Type:
