The successful candidate will manage the schedule, calendar, and other affairs for the CEO and includes prioritizing and scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, maintaining files and office correspondence; organizing, coordinating, researching, analyzing, compiling, and exchanging information with a variety of stakeholders affiliated with the entity.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree w/minimum 5 years' relevant/professional experience supporting executive-level management.
A pro-active self-starter, with effective communication skills and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
An exceptionally strong and mindful attention to detail.
Elevated level of proficiency with all MS Office applications (including Excel).
Knowledge of advanced office principles.
Real Estate Development knowledge or prior experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to independently compose correspondence (emails, letters, response to inquiries, etc.
).
Ability to work responsibly and prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance.
Comfortable working within diverse groups of constituents within a multi-service business environment.
Ability to independently make decisions and follow through on initiatives on behalf of stakeholders as appropriate.
Aptitude for resolving practical problems and manage a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Experience exchanging information clearly and concisely, to effectively present ideas, report facts and other information.
A prominent level of professionalism, organization, and an appreciation for the confidentiality and sensitivity of information received and processed.
Effectively prioritize time sensitive material.

Duties and Reponsibilities Coordinate administrative and support activities for the unit, including screening calls/visitors, setting up conferences and meetings, and emails to effectively prioritize workflow.
Provide administrative support, including assistance in composing and editing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, presentations, memoranda, reports.
Review complex documents to ensure consistencies, correctness of information, etc.
Schedule and maintain group and individual calendars, ensuring attendance at meetings, conference calls, travel, speaking engagements and other events are documented and accessible to the necessary parties.
Schedule meetings and coordinate arrangements for internal and external meetings and engagements.
This includes notifying and reminding attendees, ordering lunch if needed, setting up for meetings, and clean up afterwards.
Submits and tracks applicable invoices, interfacing with A/P and outside vendors; determining invoice coding, submitting invoices to Controller for payment, and following up to ensure payments are made.
Assists on projects and presentations that may require independent research and creation of deliverables.
Must be able to create presentations, slide decks, and/or collateral documents as requested.
Prioritize and follow up on multiple incoming data and occurrences, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determine appropriate course of action, and/or response.
Represent and manage key external relationships, partnerships, and business associates as required.
Participate in meetings as requested to take meeting notes for future discussion, distribution, and follow-up.
Prepare expense reports, check purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations; create detailed itineraries.
Assist with special projects as requested.
Assist with travel and prepare expense reports for the Senior Leaders in the real estate development department and other supported business unit functions.
Plan, organize, and assist in the execution of department and external meetings and departmental events, including, but not limited to, larger events and visitor engagements.
May assist with personal tasks as requested.
