(SASSI) is seeking a Sales Coordinator with administrative experience to join a rapidly-growing team of system integration professionals.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator helps create a positive experience for clients from initial contact through the sales appointment.
Successful Sales Coordinators have the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment, excel with a high volume of deadline-driven tasks, and are highly motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities Collect, track, and communicate all sales leads received from home builder sales agents Welcome visitors for sales appointments, answer or refer inquiries Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately, including taking detailed messages Process customer requests for projects and services Review new client appointment requests with the Sales Manager before assigning to the Sales Associate Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the team using proprietary software Maintain the reception area and showroom refreshments Maintain documentation and prepares project portfolios, including pictures and floor plans Complete additional projects assigned by the Sales Manager This is an in-office position.
Monday through Friday, 9AM-6PM with 1 hour lunch break.
Minimum Requirements Excellent attention to detail while handling multiple project requests in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word and aptitude for learning new software Customer service and appointment scheduling experience are a plus Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone skills) Demonstrated experience in using phone systems Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in sales team support Compensation and Benefits Package Hourly wage, depending on experience Paid holidays and time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Life insurance 401k with company match Employee Rewards Program Employee discounts Professional development opportunities Compensation Rate $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.
