Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or ProducerThis position requires direct interaction with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies and various departments within the IIC organizationMinimum 2 years commercial experience, 3-5 years is a plus Technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage Experience with various carriers and working directly with their underwritersExperience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systemsValid P& C Licensed Proficient use in technology/PC competence for computer/online work systems/programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, VOIP phones Knowledge in AMS360 preferred About Us:
