One of the Washington Metro area's Premier High End Residential Landscape Architecture and Construction Companies is looking to hire a Project Manager.
Applicant must have a minimum of (5) Years of Project Management Experience
Responsibilities:
Support subcontractors, in-house crews, and project coordinators Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain and track materials to meet project deadlines Manage subcontract procurement, progress, and payment Assist in project processes; submittal documents, and purchase orders Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications Ensure documents and drawings are up to date and accurate Assist with client communication Manage permitting Manage close out process- Warranty, As-Builts and O&M's Sub and owner invoice management Creation and update of project schedule -Microsoft Project preferred Weekly job site visits for safety and quality control Fleet and equipment management Tracking job financials
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven related experience in a construction management position Capacity to work on several projects at the same time Ability to prioritize work according to requirements set forth by project requirements Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Proficiency to work within a deadline and under moderate pressure Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Superb organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Must possess a valid current driver's license Must be able to lift 50lbs or more We are looking for a leader with great communication skills, positive attitude and good driving record.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
