HRBM) to join our Health Group, Military and Veterans Health Solutions Operation.

The Sr.
HRBM will work with clients to fulfill the company's mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient through technology, engineering, and science, supporting military service members, veterans, and their families.
Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for HR strategy and solutions for one or more divisions within the Military and Veterans Health OperationPartner with clients, HR functional Centers of Excellence, and other team members to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches and day-to-day actions in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, talent development, leadership development, workforce strategy, strategic talent acquisition, new business proposals, organizational change, organization design, compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, etc.
Utilize data analytics to understand, measure and continuously improve organizational effectivenessBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 12-15
years of prior relevant experience or master's with 10-13
years of prior relevant experience preferred.
Broad HR subject matter expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
Strong business acumen and well-versed in data analysisDemonstrated ability to build relationships, partner effectively, consult, coach and influence senior leadersProven ability to think strategically, provide direction, manage multiple projects and execute in a dynamic environmentStrong employee relations experienceDemonstrated initiative and creativity in designing and delivering solutionsStrong project management skillsExperience supporting proposals, winning new business, and implementing new programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft office suite, with particular emphasis on expertise in Excel Preferred QualificationsExperience working for a Government contractor or other highly-regulated environment Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience with an international workforceHR professional certificationPay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.
00 - $162,000.
00 - $218,700.
