Duties include:
direct marketing and email campaigns social media updates (company Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) special projects for video production - training will be provided Analyze exterior photos of homes on behalf of homeowners associations.
Duties will require reviewing a high-volume of photos to determine maintenance deficiencies on homes.
Training will be provided.
Must have at least an Associates degree.
Knowledgeable with computer applications and web.
Attention to detail, critical thinking, clear verbal and written communication skills.
