is looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill a full-time warehouse position.
This candidate will be responsible for picking, shipping and receiving products for our E-Commerce sales channels.
The ideal candidate will possess an intense attention to detail, will have excellent problem solving skills and will be self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve.
The candidate must have the physical ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
Previous warehouse and/or quality control experience is preferred, but not required.
System, safety, and product training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will Effectively communicate information and present ideas and solutions.
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information.
Handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
Cooperate with team members in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive work environment.
Required
Responsibilities:
Complete product and software training.
Pick, stage, pack, label and ship orders in an organized and timely manner, and in accordance with company policies.
Receive, inspect and process product returns and warehouse transfer orders.
Replenish primary product locations.
Notify team members and managers of inventory problems and issues with recommended solutions.
Assist in loading and unloading carrier vehicles.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Complete additional duties as needed.
