Will collaborate with upper management on program development and implementation.
Will have oversight of the Counselors.
Position Qualifications Shall have at least a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and 3 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a mental health setting.
Must have knowledge of DBHDS, Human Rights and Medicaid standards and must meet at least QMHP status, as established by state regulations.
Will be CPR and First Aid certified.
In addition, the position requires 2 to 3 years of behavior management/modification experience, office 365 experience and must pass criminal history and central registry background investigations.
Must have good time management skills.
Must be available Monday-Friday 9 am until 5pm or 8am to 4 pm.
