JOB SUMMARY The Sales Account Manager develops new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Generates new business development by working with prospects and customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales solutions process.
Manages and develops relationships with customers and provide consultative sales advice that delivers the highest level of account management services.
Positions, configures and quotes product and service solutions to clients.
Works with management to implement processes, tools, and structures to support the Sales Solutions organization's operations.
Works with management to inform long-term and short-term goal setting.
Uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products.
Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support and/or close sales solutions.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(s) The Sales Account Manager reports to the Manager or Senior Manager, Sales Solutions.
JOB CLASSIFICATION The Sales Account Manager positions are a salaried, exempt position and not eligible for overtime pay.
These positions are eligible for bonus and/or commission in addition to a base salary.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in related field preferred 1 - 7 years related experience in a as an individual contributor depending upon level Strong customer service presence required Client-focused attitude -- a customer advocate Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills Accountability and personal organization are essential Proven experience of working with internal and external stakeholders Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking Understanding of Internet and web applications with a desire to learn new technologies Proficiency with MS Office WORKING CONDITIONS This is hybrid position - it is necessary to come to the office from time to time with exposure to typical indoors office environment hazards.
This position may work in close proximity to others with exposure to typical business office equipment and technologies.
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
