We're looking for a Program Director who enjoys working with people and technology to solve challenging mission problems.
You'll lead a talented team to deliver new, innovative solutions to warfighter and national customers that provide unique Electronic Warfare and SIGINT domain capabilities.
More About this Role:
As our Program Director, you'll be responsible for the successful management, performance, and completion of projects, tasks, and delivery orders, including the following:
Executing all aspects of large program responsibility, to include cost, schedule, performance, personnel, and risk management Delivering Electronic Warfare solutions to customers, which may encompass development, design, test, integration, production, delivery, and sustainment of fielded products Serving as principal point of contact for the government and key program stakeholders Leading a diverse team led by project/program managers organized in an IPT structure Practicing excellent cost, schedule, and technical/performance controls to include configuration management and subcontractor/vendor management practices Mentoring/coaching team members to achieve defined goals and program needs Establishing approach to structure developments and product roadmaps, starting with requirements analysis and addressing all necessary steps to achieve program success and customer satisfaction Leading self-motivated individuals and assigned teams/programs to further technical solutions, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with peers, and deliver mission success for our customers Ensuring processes are streamlined and solve problems in an efficient/effective manner no matter the complexity or technical depth required to achieve success You'll Bring These
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a Polygraph Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or sciences Over 15 to 20 years' experience in positions of increasing program line management responsibility in large programs delivering solutions/products to the Government Industry ACAT II program management experience Proven experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results for a program Significant experience leading program teams to deliver solutions/products Significant experience leading personnel of varied levels of experience and from many different disciplines to achieve specific goals Significant experience working with the Federal Government to fulfill their needs and deliver solutions/products Significant experience in designing and delivering electronic warfare systems and solutions Significant experience communicating and influencing senior executive leadership, Government decision-makers and program stakeholders Experience in signal acquisition, signal processing, and/or signal analysis Experience in design, development, test, and production of solutions to be delivered to the Government Experience with software-centric products and Agile development methodologies These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Technical Master's degree in applicable discipline Experience on/with large Government programs at the ACAT I level, preferably in EW/SIGINT areas Experience in production of systems for delivery to government customers Experience with modern software languages Strong experience in technical configuration management and standardization of complex products Experience growing an area from a medium to a large revenue producer What We Can Offer You:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
